“I highly recommend Dr. McKay as an inspiring speaker and facilitator for organizations that are looking to provide Professional Development resources for their most important assets, their people. She brings data-driven insights that will benefit employees of small not-for-profit organizations to Fortune 500 companies. An investment in a McKay session is an investment in the people who will deliver results to the bottom line through improved employee engagement.”

— Carol Weber, Retired from Caterpillar

“Dr. McKay has been a powerful asset to Intel, presenting sessions on leadership to our Women at Intel Network, and now as we navigate this unprecedented time with Covid-19, sharing insights with our employees on how to best manage life and work. I highly recommend Dr. McKay as an effective speaker & facilitator who brings a heavy dose of not only data-driven insights but even more importantly humanity to complex organizations. Dr. McKay knows that people are a company's greatest asset, and she's on a mission to ensure they are equipped to be and do their very best.”

— Jeni Panhorst, Vice President & General Manager, Network & Edge Platforms Division at Intel Corporation

“Robyn was exactly what I needed. No other coach has been able to be at my level intellectually and my results were amazing. She was able to tap in to my inner self and figure out what drives me and what makes me me, and then use that knowledge to help heal and lead my recovery to a better self. I’d recommend Robyn to high-achieving professionals who are ready to have tools at the ready to combat burnout, take their career to the next level, understand more about what drives them, and be the best person they can be at home and at work.
