TO: CEOs, Leaders, and spiritual entrepreneurs who (think they) have ADHD

RE: INTEL REPORT 8.24.22

Topic: Who's taking the NEO and why?

First, the WHY.

There are 4 main *reasons* that accomplished CEOs, leaders and spiritual entrepreneurs with multi-6, 7- and 8 figure companies are seeking me out for advising:

1. They've heard their colleagues raving about the NEO experience with me, which is a unique blend of science and spirit, reason and intuition, and want to experience it for themselves. Why? Because they're committed to their personal growth and development.

2. They're curious to discover the detailed psychographics of their ideal client avatar and the best approach to refine their (already exceptional) marketing copy to call in more of their soul-aligned clients/students

3. They're eager to get my take on how to pre-vet and then all-but eliminate the shadow clients* from their fields. (*Shadow clients are those folks that you *can* help but who create drama, drag, or drain in your company).

4. They also want to get clarity on the best ways to to amplify their IT Factor - aspects of their personality that make them unique in the marketplace.

Now, for the WHO.

The leaders who are coming to me for their NEO interpretations also have a few things in common. (Tip: If you see yourself here, consider this your invitation to take the NEO, too)

All of them are profoundly open to new experiences, which means that their core is pure magic (aka spiritual intelligence), which means that they are:

::highly imaginative (visionary),

:: emotionally intelligent,

::sensitive to their environments (beauty and aesthetics matter very much),

::they challenge the status quo esp on political, societal, and religious norms (aka rebels, boat rockers, and paradigm shifters)

:: they're life-long learners (scholars, really),

::they're always up for a good adventure because they love to try new things and go new places.

::chances are also quite good that they're profoundly intuitive and have the capacity to be clear intuitive channels

Many of them are also highly assertive, so they are natural leaders (likely called bossy, bitchy, domineering).

Their decision-making style: predominantly spontaneous and quick.

After that these magical (spiritually intelligent) ones diverge into two unique groups:

The Sages and the Alchemists

The Sages:

Sages are highly intuitive, yet quite straightforward, fairly disagreeable, and unflappable under stressful situations. They're more likely to burnout physically long before their lose their shit mentally/emotionally. They're relatively non-emotional in their responsiveness to stress. The struggle bunnies and drama queens are attracted to the sages b/c of their steady-eddy nervous systems.

They're also most likely to not give two shakes if someone doesn't "like" them or if they piss someone off . They're classic over-workers/work-a-holics unless and until they decide to delegate (just because you can, doesn't mean you have to)

The Alchemists

The Alchemists are intuitive, genuinely nice people who can tip into people-pleasing and might have a hard time setting boundaries b/c they don't want people to be mad at them.

They're also sensitive to stress and also don't tolerate frustration well, which means that they're prone to engage in self-soothing behaviors like over-drinking, over-eating, over-shopping, over-exercising, etc. BUT they've also done their inner work have have the wisdom and the skills to manage their sensitivity to stress.

Still, it's likely that they are going to be hypersensitive to criticism and worry about what people will think if they actually do the thing.

And to no great surprise, many of them have an ADHD dx (or think that they might have it!).

BOTTOM LINE: I've just described my ideal clients - the Sages and the Alchemists.

And the reason that I was able to do so easily and succinctly with great detail is because I KNOW them, thanks to the NEO - beginning with my own NEO.

See, I'm a hybrid sage/alchemist. But TBH if we had a sorting hat like they do at Hogwarts, I'd def land in the Alchemist house, given my own ADHD brain

Now over to you: chances are quite good that, since you're still reading this you're a sage or an alchemist, too.

And if that's the case, the NEO can easily tell us the best approaches to refining your ideal client profile and to virtually eliminating your shadow clients, too.
